Along the way\, Luke and Heather will share how time spent in Scotland influenced their approach to whiskey-making and how those experiences continue to shape the whiskey we’re building today. \n\nThe Evening Includes:\n\n 	A welcome cocktail featuring our newest single-barrel release: Islay-Rested Eviction Notice Bourbon\n 	A guided tasting flight of four premium whiskeys\n 	Four thoughtfully paired small bites including oysters\, roasted squash salad\, beef short ribs & vanilla panna cotta\n 	Founder-led storytelling\, light education\, and ample time to sip\, eat\, and connect\n\nThis is not a lecture\, and it’s not a formal dinner.
