Join us for an intimate, one-night-only Distiller’s Table hosted by our co-founders, Luke and Heather Mullins, set in the heart of our brewhouse.
Designed for those who appreciate good whiskey, good food, and the stories that connect them, this guided evening blends thoughtful tasting with relaxed conversation.
Heather, our Head Distiller, will lead guests through a curated progression of spirits exploring how place, grain, and barrel shape flavor. Along the way, Luke and Heather will share how time spent in Scotland influenced their approach to whiskey-making and how those experiences continue to shape the whiskey we’re building today.
The Evening Includes:
- A welcome cocktail featuring our newest single-barrel release: Islay-Rested Eviction Notice Bourbon
- A guided tasting flight of four premium whiskeys
- Four thoughtfully paired small bites including oysters, roasted squash salad, beef short ribs & vanilla panna cotta
- Founder-led storytelling, light education, and ample time to sip, eat, and connect
This is not a lecture, and it’s not a formal dinner. It’s a hosted table celebrating our newest single-barrel release. Guests are encouraged to move, mingle, revisit the bar, and enjoy the evening at their own pace.

Tickets: $85 + tax/gratuity. 100% of the gratuity goes to the staff working the event.
