Toasting with TenHead Cocktails
WATERMELON & BITTER LEMON COLLINS
Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz TenHead Classic Vodka
  • 2 oz watermelon syrup
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • Top Note Bitter Lemon Soda
Instructions
  • Add vodka, watermelon syrup and lime juice to a shaker.
  • Add ice and shake.
  • Strain into a collins glass with ice.
  • Top with bitter lemon soda & garnish with a watermelon spear.
Watermelon Syrup

Combine 8 oz of fresh cubed watermelon and 4 oz of sugar in a sealed plastic bag.  Massage the bag to gently break up the watermelon and refrigerate.  After 12-24 hours, strain through a metal sieve and store in a clean glass jar.  Syrup will up to two weeks in fridge.

FENNEL GRAPEFRUIT FIZZ
Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz TenHead Classic Vodka
  • 2 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1.5 oz fennel simple syrup
  • Club soda
Instructions
  • Combine vodka, grapefruit juice and fennel syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice and shake.
  • Strain into a glass with ice.
  • Top with soda water and garnish.
Fennel Simple Syrup

Combine one cup water, one cup granulated sugar and a 1/2 tablespoon of fennel seeds in a small saucepan.  Cook on medium until the sugar dissolves and syrup becomes lightly caramel in color.  Cool and strain.  Store in the fridge for up to two weeks.

SWEATER WEATHER
Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz Eviction Notice Bourbon
  • 4 oz apple cider
  • 0.5 oz ginger syrup
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 5 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice and shake.
  • Strain into a rocks glass and garnish.
QUEEN BEE
Ingredients
  • 2 oz TenHead Woodland Dry Gin
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz honey simple syrup
  • 3 dashes Crude’s rosemary peppercorn bitters
Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice and shake.
  • Double strain into coupe or martini glass.
  • Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel or rosemary sprig.
ROSEMARY’S BABY
Ingredients
  • 1.75 oz TenHead Woodland Dry Gin
  • 0.75 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 4 dashes lavender bitters
  • Top Note ginger beer
Instructions
  • Add all ingredients (except ginger beer) to a cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice & shake.
  • Pour into a collins or highball glass, add additional ice as needed.
  • Top with TopNote ginger beer.
  • Garnish with a torched sprig of rosemary.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz TenHead Classic Vodka
  • 0.75 oz fresh espresso
  • 0.75 oz coffee liqueur
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup (1:1)
  • 5 dashes chocolate bitters
Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add just a couple cubes of ice.
  • Whip shake vigorously for 45 seconds.
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  • Garnish with finely shaved parmesan cheese.
KNOWLTON OLD FASHIONED
Ingredients
  • 2 oz Eviction Notice Bourbon
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup (1:1)
  • 4 dashes aromatic bitters
  • 4 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 high-quality cocktail cherry
  • 1/8 piece of fresh orange
Instructions
  • Gently muddle the cherry, orange, bitters & simple syrup in a mixing glass.
  • Add bourbon & ice.
  • Stir for 20-25 seconds.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube of ice.
  • If desired, top it the Wisconsin-way with lemon-lime soda, sour mix, or soda water.
  • Garnish with a cherry & orange peel.
BOLIVAR OF BROKEN DREAMS
Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz TenHead Classic Vodka
  • 1 oz sage simple syrup
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 10 dashes Bittercube Bolivar bitters
Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice and shake.
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  • Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel, sage leaf & drizzle of honey.
ALMANAC MARTINI
Ingredients
  • 2 oz TenHead Woodland Dry Gin
  • 0.5 oz dry vermouth
  • 0.5 tsp Siren Shrub’s basil shrub
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
Instructions
  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  • Add ice & stir for 20-30 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  • Garnish with a fresh basil leaf or citrus twist.
WHITE CHRISTMAS
Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz TenHead Classic Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Knowlton House Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
  • 2 dashes cinnamon bitters (or other baking spice)
  • 1 oz heavy cream
Instructions
  • Build directly into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  • Add vodka, coffee liqueur, and cinnamon bitters.
  • Top with heavy cream. (Optional: For a frothier finish, lightly whip the heavy cream before topping.)
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

GIN & JAM-PAGNE
Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz TenHead Woodland Dry Gin
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbl of jam or preserves (such as blackberry)
  • Edible cocktail glitter (optional)
  • Champagne or Brut sparkling wine
  • Garnish: lemon peel twist
Instructions
  • Combine gin, lemon juice, jam, and a sprinkle of edible glitter (optional) into a cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously.
  • Double strain into a coupe or flute.
  • Top with about 2 oz of dry sparkling wine.
  • Garnish with a twist of fresh lemon peel.
